One recording. Every cut. tek.CUT turns a show recording into a transcript, chapters, show notes, verified quotes, captioned vertical clips and a YouTube package, with every word checked against what was actually said. It runs on your own computer, shows how every episode and clip performs on YouTube, and publishes only what you approve.

How tek.CUT works with YouTube.

tek.CUT uses YouTube API Services. You connect your own channel through Google's sign-in, and tek.CUT:

  • Reads your videos and YouTube Analytics reports, and keeps them in a file on your computer.
  • Matches each live stream and Short to the episode and clip it came from, so performance is measured per clip.
  • Publishes, only with approval: a plan lists every video, title, description, caption file and visibility for the named channel; nothing is sent until you type that plan's approval code.

Your data stays yours.

tek.CUT runs on your machine. HicksNewMedia runs no server that receives your YouTube data. Disconnecting revokes access with Google and deletes the stored data. The full details are in the tek.CUT Privacy Policy.
